The clinic has an automated phone system which operates with a voice mail menu system. When contacting the clinic please listen carefully to the options presented. Upon making your selection you will be directed to the appropriate voice mail box. Please listen to the directions for the voice mail box you have selected and leave your message according to those instructions. Messages are retrieved from voice mail boxes multiple times throughout the day by clerical staff and those messages are delivered to appropriate staff members. A staff member will return your call within 1-2 business days. Please note that one message is sufficient as all calls are returned. Multiple messages concerning the same issue do not receive preferential treatment and can, in fact, cause delays.
