About Dr. Sylvie Bowden

Dr. Sylvie Bowden completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at McGill University before working as a nurse in Vancouver, British Columbia. She went on to earn her medical degree at the University of Toronto and is completing her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Calgary, with completion expected in June 2026. Dr. Bowden will be joining the team at RFP in July 2026 before pursuing a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at McMaster University (2027–2028).

Dr. Bowden brings a unique and compassionate perspective to patient care, shaped by her background in both nursing and medicine. Her experience across diverse clinical settings has fostered a deep understanding of the patient journey and the importance of supportive, individualized care.

Throughout her training, Dr. Bowden has developed a strong interest in reproductive medicine and is passionate about supporting individuals and families through all stages of their fertility journey. She is committed to creating a safe, inclusive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their care decisions.
