At Regional Fertility Program, our goal is to guide, support and improve patient journeys, even before the first visit. Below, you’ll find an overview of the referral process, the services we offer, and answers to common questions we receive. Our entire team is invested in your care at each step, and we’re here to help.
You will need a letter of referral from a Canadian practitioner or nurse practitioner to book an appointment with us. Letters of referral may be faxed to (403) 284-9293. If you do not have a family doctor, any walk-in clinic can provide a letter of referral or you can receive an electronic referral. If pursuing treatment with another individual, both individuals will require a letter of referral. Once we have received the form, our team will reach out to you for scheduling. Due to medical/legal coverage, only Canadian residents can be accepted for treatment at the Regional Fertility Program.
