IVF is a complicated process with many considerations. In order to fully inform our patients of these issues all patients (both partners if applicable) must watch a series of 3 videos prior to the stimulation cycle. These recordings are from an actual IVF information session. Watching the videos is required prior to the signing of the treatment consent forms. All consent forms require both partners’ signatures as well as a third party witness.
It is currently mandatory for all patients planning to do IVF to have watched this series of online videos.
